Unforgettable Experiences and Rewards with the Newly Revamped MyMillennium Loyalty Programme

PREPARING FOR THE NEW YEAR and a new wave of travellers, hospitality brand Millennium Hotels and Resorts has announced the relaunch of its much loved loyalty programme in 2025 — and we have the inside scoop that it will include a host of new benefits and extras that make it impossible to resist.

The elevated and refreshed programme introduces a new three-tier structure — Classic, Silver and Prestige — with each tier designed to reward members based on their level of loyalty via a range of exclusive perks and experiences that grant you the ability to unlock the potential of any trip and establish meaningful connections with every destination.

The updated progression and its three levels of membership offer a selection of add-ons and perks that are unlocked with progression through the programme. For example, in participating hotels and restaurants, Classic, Silver and Prestige members receive 15%, 20% off and 25% off, respectively, for every delicious dining experience. This includes a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines across the globe. From traditional North Indian cuisine at SanSara, located in Singapore’s Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, to Japanese tempura omakase specialty restaurant, Tentsuru, located in The St. Regis Singapore, and Singaporean specialities at The Bugis Singapore restaurant within The Bailey’s Hotel London.

To qualify for Silver membership, guests must stay at least 10 nights or achieve a total food and drink spend of USD 625 within a calendar year. Silver members accrue 15 points for every USD 1 spent on accommodations, incidentals and dining. Membership also means participants earn 5 points for every USD 1 spent on food and beverages by non-staying guests and includes early check-in, late check-out, complimentary meals for children and invitations to exciting MyMillennium events.

The Prestige tier offers even more, with this level of member earning an impressive 20 points for every USD 1 spent on rooms, incidentals and in-house dining, as well as club lounge access and complimentary room upgrades, further enriching the travel experience.

The transition from a two- to three-tier system bridges the gap between Classic and Prestige, and the additional Silver level means members can now ascend more swiftly, earning greater rewards that align with their travel habits — whether checking in for business, pleasure or a combination of both.

Carolyn Wishnowski, Director of Global Branding, Marketing and Loyalty at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, explains: “The relaunch of MyMillennium is a significant milestone for Millennium Hotels and Resorts, representing months of in-depth research and dedicated effort. We designed MyMillennium to deliver meaningful moments in a personable manner where members can accumulate and redeem their MyPoints in ways that best serve their travel needs. Our goal is to help our members celebrate life’s milestones, whether they’re ticking off a bucket list destination or enjoying a quick business trip with seamless, fuss-free stays.”

Business Stays with Perks

In tandem with the revamp of MyMillennium, the organisation has introduced MyMillennium BIZ, crafted specifically for corporate travellers. Replacing MyMillennium Pro, MyMillennium Biz members will earn 4 MyPoints for every USD 1 spent on corporate room bookings and MICE services, with a 7,500 MyPoints bonus for first-time business trips.

The new system also includes useful privileges, such as late check-outs and room upgrades for group bookings, ensuring business clients feel as well-loved and valued as holiday guests.

With upgraded rewards, a new seamless progression, and free membership, there couldn’t be a better time to join MyMillennium. By signing up now, new members receive USD 20 complimentary dining credits to spend how they wish at participating MyMillennium restaurants across the world, emphasising the Millenium Hotels and Resorts dedication to forming enduring relationships with its guests by providing tangible, usable benefits right from the start.
