FOLLOWING THE FIFTH ANNIVERSARY festivities for the world’s number one trans-Pacific joint venture between Delta and Korean Air, the two airlines are announcing more exciting news.
Beginning on 12 April, they will operate more conveniently integrated connections between Southeast Asia and the U.S. via Incheon than ever before, launching additional Incheon-Atlanta flights three times a week. This flight will increase to daily on 7 May.
Thanks to the additional flight and increased frequency between Incheon and Atlanta, Delta customers will soon have more options to reach Atlanta and beyond. With three daily services to select from, passengers can choose from varied departures and arrivals in Atlanta for onward trips all over the Americas.

Since the partnership was launched in May 2018, the airlines have served over seven million satisfied customers and developed trust in the partnership thanks to a wide selection of service enhancements, reduced transfer times, consistent in-flight experiences, reciprocal miles, and a powerful network deftly bridging Asia and the Americas.
In 2024, Delta and Korean Air connect 290 destinations in the Americas and 80 destinations in Asia with 18 peak day flights between Incheon and the U.S.
Two Airlines, Seamless Service

As two carriers invested in customer satisfaction, their consistently forward-thinking offerings have continued to wow travellers through expanded network reach, hassle-free digital check-in via Delta or Korean Air’s digital platforms, offering reciprocal mile earning and usage between Delta SkyMiles and Korean Air SKYPASS to unlock more rewards, reduced connection times through integrated flight schedules and aligned baggage and priority boarding policies for corporate customers.
The joint venture’s combined service desk at Incheon also receives regular acclaim, granting passengers holding either airline’s ticket assistance from the other’s staff. This reciprocal support proves exceptionally useful during delays, cancellations, and inclement weather causing timetable abnormalities.
Business and Cultural Hub of Incheon

Incheon International Airport’s stellar Terminal 2 is the hub for the joint venture, delivering personalised transfer assistance, elevated duty-free shopping and diverse dining and drinking options that satisfy discerning passengers’ needs. With connecting times as short as 45 minutes, Incheon offers an unparalleled level of satisfaction to its passengers and raises the bar for airport services worldwide.
Incheon also impresses customers with in-terminal cultural performances and 15 free off-site tour options for customers with layovers in Seoul.
Choosing Delta Premium Select

When purchasing a Delta Premium Select ticket, you gain access to wider premium economy seats that recline more deeply for superior relaxation and comfort on flights. Thoughtful amenities make the journey more indulgent, while adjustable leg and footrests provide the ability to customise your personal space and stretch out. Once in the air, sparkling wine or water is served and complemented by a savoury snack.
When not resting in the spacious seats, passengers enjoy exclusive snack baskets and upgraded menu choices as part of the elevated culinary service curated by celebrity chefs and culinary experts. Rounding out the service is complimentary beer, spirits and wines.
With space to unwind and lavish accouterments catering to well-being, you disembark rejuvenated. Delta currently furnishes fast and free Wi-Fi onboard for all SkyMiles members on its U.S. domestic routes, expanding the amenity to the entire fleet early next year.

On the heels of their five-year joint venture anniversary, Delta and Korean Air cement their premier airline alliance by introducing an exciting new flight route and extending world-class service innovations to bridge key Asian and American geographies closer.
