Gabriel Basso returns as Peter Sutherland in The Night Agent Season 2, with all ten episodes available to stream on Netflix from January 2025. The Season 2 cast features Luciane Buchanan as Rose Larkin, Amanda Warren as Catherine, Arienne Mandi as Noor, Louis Herthum as Jacob Monroe, and Berto Colon as Solomon.

The plot follows the protagonist’s struggles as he officially serves as a night agent while confronting new challenges. The series opens with Peter Sutherland on a hazardous mission in Thailand. Furthermore, the creators have confirmed that the series will return for a third season.

Creator and showrunner Shawn Ryan told Tudum that the aim was to make Peter Sutherland feel far from home, like a stranger in a new land, adding that Bangkok’s temples and historic structures enhanced the narrative’s intrigue.

Wat Pho: Home to the iconic Reclining Buddha, Wat Pho is a first-class royal temple built during the reign of King Rama I. Although it is popularly known as Wat Pho, the ancient temple’s full name is Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Rajwaramahawihan. In The Night Agent, season 2, Peter Sutherland and his fellow agent Alice are tracking someone as they pass by the magnificent walls of Wat Pho.
