11. Embark on a fairytale train journey

Dubbed one of the world’s most romantic train routes, a voyage along the Tadami Line provides a unique honeymoon experience. Running from the Samurai city of Aizu-Wakamatsu in Fukushima to Koide Station in rural Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture, the 1.5-hour journey delivers a string of jaw-dropping scenes.
