Fortunately, not all restaurants will put you in severe debt on February 14. Birds of a Feather has a four-course contemporary Sichuan meal for about SGD 150 (HKD 864) per couple. At around SGD 200 (HKD 1,153) for two, Wheeler’s Tropikana has a His and Hers Valentine’s Day meal influenced by Australia. For the same price, Le Clos is serving French bistro-style dishes and wine bottles at a minimal markup, while Moxie offers Mediterranean fare in a refined beach house setting.

For a Valentine’s Day 2025 dinner priced between SGD 100 (HKD 576) to SGD 200 (HKD 1,153) per person, there are tapas and other Spanish classics from Carlitos. Beef carpaccio, burrata, and striploin from Little Farms. Miso-glazed bone barrow and other modern Japanese flavours from Neon Pigeon. The one-Michelin-starred Gu:um presents its take on Korean cuisine, ranging from a beef tartare and potato pancake mashup to rice cake tiramisu.

Lovebirds who want to splash the cash can check out Highhouse. The rooftop destination has a six-course Valentine’s Day 2025 dinner with aphrodisiacs like oyster, caviar, and foie gras. For an equally arresting view, head to Sushisamba for five courses of signatures such as the lobster taquito.

Dine under the stars at Mandarin Oriental, which has set up its poolside cabanas with a picnic basket of lobster rolls and Italian meatballs. Likewise, Mr. Stork puts couples in its iconic teepee huts with beef sliders and Dom Perignon champagne. Koma’s Salmon Pillow and other signatures await as part of its Valentine’s Day 2025 dinner.
